There are many ways to take part in the Expanding Your Horizons conference. You may help by being a Workshop Leader, Mystery Woman, or provide a Display. Workshop Leaders present a creative workshop that describes their professional career and explains how math, science, and technology are involved. Mystery Women participate by answering yes/no questions about their careers. The young women are to guess the careers of the Mystery Women as part of a game. You can also provide a display for the young women to look at and ask questions about during times when they are not in a workshop. Young women can then see other people, preferably women, in different fields of work and ask them questions about what they need to do to get their dream job and get advice from the women they look up to.
THERE IS NO FEE TO PARTICIPATE AS ANY VOLUNTEER!! :)
